Experience
HJV Equipment — AGCO, CLAAS & HORSCH Dealer
Content & Marketing Specialist | Ontario, Canada | Apr 2023 – Present
B2B marketing role serving farmers, contractors, and agribusiness operators across multiple Ontario locations. Own the full go-to-market loop: positioning, content production, channel distribution, and sales enablement.
Content & Messaging
- Translate complex mechanical and agronomic systems into content that drives purchase decisions among technical buyers
- Produced 120K+ views on top-performing technical content in a specialized niche — regularly pulled into sales conversations as deal support material
- Generated 12 qualified demo bookings from a single 6-week campaign targeting high-intent operators
- Built and maintained landing pages, equipment listings, sales flyers, event materials, video scripts, and ad copy — working across formats simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
- Developed and enforced content standards across the organization; trained staff on social media procedures and brand voice
Cross-Functional & Sales Enablement
- Partnered directly with manufacturer reps at AGCO, CLAAS, and HORSCH to align messaging with product positioning
- Coordinated with sales teams on demo scheduling, CRM workflows, and content sequencing
- Represented HJV at industry events including Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show and the #FUTUREGROUND Field Day
- Managed ad campaigns, job postings, and e-commerce (AGCO Parts Launch); tracked KPIs and iterated on performance
Systems & Technical Ownership
- Standardized equipment listing and content workflows across all branches; reduced friction between marketing output and sales usage
- Project managed a ground-up redesign of HJV’s in-house CRM (originally a quoting tool built in 2008, last redesigned in 2016): owned budget, timeline, and feature scope for the 2023–2024 rebuild; the new platform added prospecting workflows, client quick actions, expanded quoting, data validation, and email notifications, replacing a non-mobile-friendly system used across all branches; built internal documentation and managed rollout
- Took full ownership of DNS and email security following a cybersecurity incident; implemented SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain-level protections from scratch
- Assisted with network design and hardware procurement for new locations; rolled out digital signage solution across all branches
Hive Media Group
Video Producer | London, Ontario | Sep 2021 – Apr 2023
- Led content strategy and production for a Snapchat channel with 120K+ subscribers and 1M+ monthly viewers
- Used data analytics to identify viewer drop-off points and improve retention — measurably improved average view duration
- Trained team members on Adobe Creative Suite; managed tight deadlines across concurrent productions
- Received specialist training under Facebook’s 3PP Program covering Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and Analytics

plex-cdn (125 stars)
Designed and operated two production CDNs serving paying users after Cloudflare failed to support required traffic patterns.
- Video CDN: delivered ~92 PB in year one across a distributed edge environment
- API CDN: sustains ~180 TB/month at 50–80 RPS on non-standard proxy workloads
- Implemented TLS termination and dynamic certificate handling via Lua + Redis
- Built SNI-based routing, shared request-level caching, and HTTP/2 + HTTP/3 optimization on constrained hardware
- Tuned Linux kernel and networking parameters for throughput and latency under real production load
Swizzin — Contributor & Maintainer (2.4k stars) | Autobrr — Contributor (2.5k stars)
- Built application installers for Swizzin; contributed to project roadmap and documentation site
- Wrote public guides on Docker integration with Swizzin — covering systemd, NGINX reverse proxy, and compose workflows
- Contributed bug fixes, documentation, and testing for Autobrr across high-load production environments
- Supported hosted-scripts (129 stars): installers for applications not yet integrated into the Swizzin Hosted Platform
